I had a listing in Wheat Ridge that was taking a long time to sell. It was part of an estate and just wasn't moving. All of the other listings in the neighborhood sold even though my listingwas the best value for the price. There was nothing wrong esthetically. It had new carpet, fresh paint, etc. so there was no reason that it shouldn't move. I was banging my head against the wall, trying to figure out how to move it.
